As for the specifics on caffeine and storage: - 1 teaspoon of our matcha contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. For those sensitive to caffeine, we recommend starting with 1/2 teaspoon. - All of our products have an expiration date. If consumed past this date, you may notice a change in color and potency. - To store your matcha, keep it in an airtight container away from direct light. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating it with the lid closed.
