Installation Steps Step 1 - Connect your smartphone or tablet to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and ensure a strong WiFi signal coverage. Step 2 - Install the sensor, making sure the distance between the two sensors is less than 1 inch when the garage door is closed. Step 3 - Deploy the device, installing the wire from the sensor to the garage door opener. We recommend placing it on top of your existing garage door opener.

Note: If you are using a mesh WiFi system with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, you may need to temporarily turn off the 5GHz network during setup to ensure a stable connection.
