Troubleshooting: 1. Make sure you have pressed any other button to confirm in step 3 of the programming process. 2. The garage door must be closed when you are programming the remote. 3. Get the remote close to the garage door opener and try programming again.

If the remote is connected but fails to control the door: 1. Try pressing the button longer. 2. The battery may have run out, so try replacing it.

If you have followed the instructions but it still doesn't work, try choosing another button as the working button and retry the programming.

To erase the memory of your garage door opener so that it can memorize the new remote, press and hold the learn button of your garage door opener until the light turns off.
